At Vijayam, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
